KPAC Ticketing Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all ticket purchases made through KPAC’s website, box office, or any affiliated ticketing platform. By buying a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. KPAC does not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in situations where a verified processing error has occurred.
2. Processing Errors
If you believe there is a discrepancy or error in the processing of your purchase, you must report it to KPAC within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Only confirmed processing errors may be eligible for a refund.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
Event details, including dates, times, performers, and programming, may change.
-
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, previously issued tickets will remain valid for the new date or venue. Refunds will not be provided.
-
If KPAC fully cancels an event, instructions for refunds or exchanges will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
4. Entry and Conduct
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
KPAC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue policies. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
5. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets may be reissued at KPAC’s discretion. Identification or proof of purchase may be required.
6. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold for more than the original purchase price. KPAC may cancel tickets suspected of fraudulent resale or misuse.
7. Use of Images and Recordings
By attending KPAC events, you acknowledge that audience members may appear in event photography or video used for promotional or archival purposes. If this presents a concern, please contact KPAC in advance.
8. Liability
Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending events, including personal injury or property loss. KPAC is not responsible for damages or expenses arising from event attendance unless required by applicable BC law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchasing is used only for processing orders, communicating event updates, and maintaining KPAC’s relationship with patrons. KPAC complies with the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
10. Acceptance of Terms
Completing a ticket purchase indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
