Macwood Crash Course: Student Film Premiere

Join us for the premiere of student films from the Macwood Crash Course in Filmmaking Program at Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre! We are thrilled to present an exciting lineup of short films that showcase the talent, creativity, and hard work of our young filmmakers.

The evening will begin with a red-carpet event where the filmmakers, their families, friends and guests will walk the carpet and pose for photographs. Following this, we will head inside the theater where the films will be screened.

The films explore a variety of themes, from Action, Comedy, Psychological/Lovecraftian Horror and more. You'll be taken on a journey through different worlds, experiences, and emotions, all brought to life through the unique perspectives of our young filmmakers.
