If you choose monthly donations, your contributions will accrue over the year and may move you into a higher sponsorship tier as your total giving increases. After completing your sponsorship, you will receive an email confirming your donation and outlining the benefits you are eligible for based on the tier your gift falls within.

KPAC Sponsorship Program – Terms and Conditions 1. Sponsorship Agreement By completing a sponsorship through KPAC, you agree to provide financial support to the Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre, a registered nonprofit charity in British Columbia (BN/CRA Charity #: [Insert BN]). Sponsorships help fund programs, events, and operations at KPAC as outlined on our website and in our sponsorship materials. 2. Sponsorship Tiers and Benefits Sponsorship levels are determined by the total contribution amount and may include benefits such as ticket discounts, recognition in print and digital materials, early access to programs, and other perks as described in our sponsorship materials. For recurring sponsorships, contributions will accrue over the year. Sponsors may move into higher tiers as the total value of their donations increases. Benefits are provided based on the tier corresponding to the total annual contribution. KPAC reserves the right to modify benefits to ensure they are achievable and sustainable. 3. Payment and Frequency Sponsors may choose to make a one-time donation or recurring monthly or annual payments. All payment information is collected securely and processed by our payment provider. Recurring donations continue until canceled by the sponsor through KPAC’s donation management system. 4. Tax Receipts KPAC is a registered charity in Canada and provides official charitable donation receipts in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. Receipts will be issued close to the annual tax deadline for the preceding calendar year. In accordance with CRA rules, the value of any tangible benefits received in exchange for a donation (e.g., tickets, merchandise, naming opportunities) will be deducted from the donation amount for tax receipt purposes. 5. Recognition and Intellectual Property KPAC reserves the right to display sponsor names, logos, and acknowledgments on digital, print, or event materials consistent with the agreed sponsorship level. Sponsorship recognition does not imply ownership, control, or endorsement of KPAC operations by the sponsor. 6. Cancellation and Refunds One-time donations are final and non-refundable. Recurring sponsorships may be canceled at any time by the sponsor. Any payments already processed are non-refundable. 7. Modifications KPAC reserves the right to modify the sponsorship program, tiers, and benefits. Sponsors will be notified of any changes that affect their benefits. 8. Legal Compliance KPAC operates under the regulations governing registered charities in Canada and the province of British Columbia. All sponsorship funds will be used for charitable purposes consistent with KPAC’s mission. Sponsors acknowledge that KPAC is a nonprofit organization and that donations are tax-deductible as permitted under Canadian law, subject to CRA guidelines. 9.
